KAM-TB-001 is an advanced multi welder device.  Production welding requires a lot of tacking and welding.  Therefore, using two guns - one for welding and one for tacking - eliminates a great deal of time wasted switching between tacking and welding tips.  This is how production shops usually run.

KAM-TB-001 Control Box gives the fabricator control over the power and air flow to two welding torches simultaneously.  With two torches being controlled independently, there is no need for constant switching between welding tip and tacking tip.  Furthermore, since power and air flow are clearly displayed, welding procedure specifications (WPS) can be established.   In addition, integrated safety features eliminate many of the common issues that can damage welding torches.  With the flip of a switch the Weld Control Box will cool the torches down then shut off air flow and power, making it simple to end the workday while extending the life of the torch heating elements.

Voltage controller & Adjustable air flow meter

KAM-TB series are provided with a voltage controller & adjustable air flow meter.  

This functionality enables the user to create air flow and voltage settings charts for each type of material they are welding.  This is important if a custom welding tip is used.  Changing the tip can directly affect the temperature at the weld.

Automatic Air flow 

Automatic air flow allows a fabricator to shut his box off at the end of his or her shift without unplugging or shutting off other equipment.

Over Heating Protection

 If air flow to the welders is either low or cut off - The KAM-TB  is equipped with a pressure switch which prevents a meltdown of the welder.

Automatic Cool down 

To increase the life of the heating element, KAM-TB is equipped with "time delay relay" allowing the welders to cool down before air flow is stopped. 

Adjustable flow meters 

Adjustable flow meters allow better control, especially for unusual materials or weld rod sizes.

 Fixed pressure regulator

A fixed pressure regulator ensures the boxes do not have too much pressure and balances out any fluctuations in the air system.

Total Control

 Companies that use these boxes can define repeatable welding specifications.  This is a big deal to many of the end customers, especially in ISO 9000 environments
