- Domestic orders generally ship within 48 hours of receipt (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) when all items ordered are in stock and available, following credit card approval. If you are selecting standard ground transportation, please allow up to one week for delivery of items in stock. We do utilize the Address Verification System, so please make sure your billing address is accurate. Please note that overnight carriers do not ship to PO Boxes. - For overnight delivery and special requests (i.e. 2nd day or 3rd air) please call for pricing. An overnight order will be shipped the same business day on a "best effort" basis, if the order is placed by telephone and is received no later than 12-noon Eastern USA Time and credit card authorization payment is obtained.
Kamweld Industries, Inc. (the “manufacturer” or “Kamweld”) warrants its products and repair services to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under limitations of normal operation by the purchaser, as prescribed in the instructions furnished to the purchaser, for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Except as set forth herein, Kamweld makes no warranty respecting the merchantability of its products or their suitability or fitness for a particular purpose or use. Kamweld shall not be held liable for any damage to person or property results from any breach of this warranty, nor be responsible for any work done or repairs made by others, unless authorized in writing by the manufacturer. In no event shall Kamweld be held liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages. This warranty is limited to the replacement of the product for the period set forth above. This warrant shall become void if the purchaser modifies the product, uses the product in a manner that in the manufacturer’s judgment exceeds its design capability, or if evidence of negligent or abusive operation is present.
Products purchased directly from Kamweld Industries may be returned within a period of one week from the date of purchase in their original "Unused and Undamaged" condition. The purchaser bears responsibility for any damage caused as well as all shipping costs. Used products may not be returned. All returns are subject to 25% restocking fee. Non-shipped orders can be cancelled, however, there is a 10% processing fee.
The purchaser's account will be credited, and/or credit will be issued to the purchaser within 30 days after the product has been received, inspected, and deemed to be in its original "Unused and Undamaged" condition. All returns will require an authorization number to be issued by the manufacturer.
Kamweld Industries Refund Policy Fees
Kamweld industries uses Paypal Merchant Services to accept and process Credit Card, Debit Card and PayPal Payments. If you return a product and it meets “Kamweld Return Policy” and you have paid using either PayPal, Credit or Debit card. Kamweld reserves the right to deduct the original fees charged by PayPal for processing your payment from your refund amount. For purchases made through Amazon, upon acceptable product return, all fees charges by Amazon maybe deducted from your original purchase price.
